Registration for the Joust is now closed. The date of the Joust is February the 25th. The rules and rewards of the Joust are [color=yellow]here[/color]. The people registered for the Joust are [color=yellow]here[/color]. We closed registration on the Joust early to assure that the ease and precision of the Joust would not be compromised by having too high a number of contestants.

The day of the 24th, we will begin inviting those who are registered in the Joust, as guest into our guild. Those people will then be able to tour our guild hall and become familiar with it. Scrimmaging is allowed. The exact time of each match will be posted [color=yellow]here[/color] less than a week before the first match. All matches will begin and end on the 25th. GL gentlemen..

I have to say, I'm still looking forward to this

I have almost no experience with it, but I'm hoping to get some practice in and hopefully get by the first round >.>

EDIT: Actually, I have one question regarding it that I never though of before. I know we're allowed to have IW and such things like that, but are we allowed to use a spell such as, say, Empathy, or is that against the rules? How about weapon enhancing spells?

You can use any skills or spells period. There are no restrictions on what is in your skill bar. Yes you may use empathy... The only restrictions at all in this whole contest is that you use only melee weapon. You must wield a melee only weapon for the duration of the fight. If you switch weapons at any point, you will be disqualified. The melee only weapons include scythe, hammer, sword, dagger, axe and shield. I hope you good luck.. The percentages of you winning were just increased three fold. You arent fighting 149 others, your only fighting 39 others excluding the elite knights of vDv, my guild. I hope that you prepare now, there are some truly great players enlisted. I wish you Gl.

Yes, I plan on preparing as much as I can. I know I probably won't win, but I'm going to try my best. Those two from the Spearmen that fight for Korea in the Hall of Heroes are the only two I recognize and I know how good they must be at fighting x.x So I'll believe you that the others have got a fair amount of experience under their belts as well
